Return & Refund Policy
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. For the monthly plan, you will be billed every 30 days, and for the annual plan, you will be billed once every 365 days. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you have chosen.
Our refund policy lasts for 2 days from the date of your subscription. If 2 days have passed since your subscription, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the service.
Refund Processing Time:
After your refund request, if you are eligible for a refund within the specified period, the service amount will be refunded to you within a maximum processing time of 21 business days.
Returns cannot be processed in the following cases:
Return request submitted outside the specified timeframe of 2 days from the subscription date.
Accessing or opening any design during the subscription period.
Cancellation of Subscription:
If you request to cancel your subscription, we will stop the subscription, and you will lose the remaining duration of your subscription. You will not be able to access your designs, and they will be deleted after 15 days
