Return & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

We offer both Monthly and Yearly subscription plans. For the Monthly plan, you will be billed every 30 days, and for the Yearly plan, you will be billed once every 365 days. Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen plan.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts for a period of 2 days from the date of your subscription. If 2 days have passed since your subscription, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the service.

3. Refund Processing Time

If you are eligible for a refund within the specified time frame, the amount of the service will be refunded to you within a maximum period of 21 working days.

4. Returns

Returns are not possible under the following circumstances:

The return request is made outside the specified time frame of 2 days from the date of subscription.
You have accessed or opened any design during the subscription period.

5. Subscription Cancellation

After cancellation, you will not be able to access your premium designs, and they will be deleted after 15 days.
